My dearest Margaret,

Here are a few cheerful notes--this Assoc. in Paris is a tribute to Sue Green’s quiet work there I am sure. The first Polish B.C. clinic is a triumph as Poland is so largely R.C.

To date our accounts as you see are on the right side but no room for expansion. The conference at Gerda’s was so successful I should like to have the money to hold similar ones in Paris (+30) Copenhagen (+40) Brussels (+30) Warsaw (+100) and so on working up to your next big one.

Another idea is to ask the women’s big Intl Conferences to add on a day for B.C. at our expense. I do feel too we ought to do something at Geneva when the L of N assembly meets—have an office for B.C. with literature and a well informed person always there.

Are you getting lovely summer weather and enjoying it fully-

Love from Gerda &
Edith
